DogWire Monthly Contest Giveaway
Prize: Win a $20 Gift Certificate to DogWireGifts.com
January 1st - December 31st, 2008

The contest shall be conducted by DogWire through online registration.

How to enter:

1. Purchase necessary.
2. Enter directly online at www.dogwiregifts.com. Complete the contest registration form and click on the submit button. To be eligible for the contest draw, all required fields must be completed in full on the entry form.
3. To be eligible to win, you must show proof of purchase of a DogWire product and your entry must be received between January 1st and December 31st, 2008 at 11:59 PM CST.
4. Only one entry per person, per valid E-mail address and order number. Multiple submissions per e-mail address will be tracked and removed.

Who can enter:

1. The contest is open to anyone that can access DogWireGifts.com, except employees of DogWire and their immediate family members living in the same household.
2. Participants agree to abide by the contest rules set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
3. It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes DogWire to announce and publish his/her first name and location without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

The Prize:

1. One $20 Gift Certificate to DogWireGifts.com, good on any purchase of their products per calendar month.
2. Delivery of the prize will be through e-mail within 5 days of the following month.

Draw Procedures:

1. The draw shall be conducted on on the first day of every month, details of the Draw below.
2. Odds of winning your purchase depend on the number of entrants.
3. On the Draw Date, a representative from DogWire will select four (4) names to obtain one (1) winner from the list of qualifiers. The contact information of the participants whose names were drawn shall be recorded in the order they were drawn. Should the first name not qualify for any reason then the second recorded name will become the eligible prize winner.
4. Following the draw, the selected entrant will be contacted at the e-mail address stipulated in the entrant's contest entry form submission.
5. All database contestants information will remain with the contest organizers and will not be distributed or sold for unsolicited communications.
